Sorbek 270 Pellet Boiler Stove, 16 kW

A pellet stove is a small automatic boiler with a window: Sorbek 270 modulates between 30% and 100% and holds the set temperature rather than swinging around it.

The body is steel & cast iron: a steel body heats quickly, the cast iron door and top hold that heat after the fire has burnt down.

Because combustion air is drawn through a sealed duct, the stove does not compete with an extractor fan or a tight new building for air. It is built to be re-lined rather than replaced.

Care

Vacuum the burn pot weekly in the heating season and empty the ash pan. Have the flue and the heat exchanger cleaned once a year.
