We deliver to the United Kingdom, across Europe and worldwide. The rate is shown at checkout before you place the order and depends on the weight of the whole order.

A box of firelighters weighs 400 g and a masonry heater core weighs well over a tonne, so the rate is banded by the weight of the whole order rather than charged as one flat fee.

Heavy goods

Stoves, inserts, surrounds, hearth slabs and anything over 80 kg travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building, not up stairs or into a room. If access is tight, tell us before ordering and we will say what is realistic.

Times

Parcels leave us within 1–2 business days and reach a UK address in 3–6 business days, the rest of Europe in 4–10 business days, and other destinations in 7–18 business days. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs and import charges

Goods are dispatched from Norway. For deliveries outside Norway, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee charged in the destination country is payable by the recipient and is not included in our prices. Import rules are set by the destination country, so please check them before ordering.

Damage in transit

Glass, stone and enamel travel well but not perfectly. Check the pallet before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
