An insert is only as good as the air behind it: Orlenna 103 takes a 150 mm duct for outside air, so the room is not competing with the fire.
The convection casing is separate from the firebox, so the outside of the build stays at a temperature you can stand next to.
Every lining panel and the baffle are stock parts — an insert that is built into a wall has to be serviceable from the front, and this one is. It is built to be re-lined rather than replaced.

Care
Clean the glass cold with damp ash on newspaper — it is mildly abrasive and free. Have the flue swept once a season.
