Calenta 248 Bioethanol Fire Box, Built-In 1 500 mm

Bioethanol gives you flame without smoke, but it still uses the room's air: give Calenta 248 a room of at least 35 m³ and a window that opens.

Refill only when it is cold. That rule is not a formality: ethanol vapour above a warm burner is the one real hazard of this kind of fire.

The burner body is stainless steel: it lives with condensate and salt air without pitting, which mild steel does not. Nothing in it is glued: the parts that face the fire come out with a screwdriver.
