Vitrum 275 Glass Hearth Plate, 1 200 × 1 200 mm

Vitrum 275 is 1 200 × 1 200 × 8 mm — 8 mm tempered, polished edges.

A hearth plate is not insulation. It stops sparks and it spreads load; a stove that needs a heat-insulating base needs that stated separately.

Wipe it with a damp cloth. Glass cleaner on a warm plate leaves a haze that is very hard to get back off. Firebricks and baffles are wear parts — they are listed as spares and take ten minutes to change.
