Varmio 453 Cylindrical Wood Stove, 6 kW
£2,570.00
The firebox in Varmio 453 is lined with vermiculite, and every panel of it is a stock spare.
Secondary and tertiary air are pre-heated before they reach the fire, which is what burns the smoke instead of sending it up the flue.
The body is steel & cast iron: a steel body heats quickly, the cast iron door and top hold that heat after the fire has burnt down. Twenty seasons of use leave the paint tired long before the steel gives up.

Care
Sweep the flue once a season and check the door rope every autumn: a stove that has started smoking into the room is almost always a seal, not a chimney.
