Sorbek 180 Pellet Stove, 6 kW

A pellet stove is a small automatic boiler with a window: Sorbek 180 modulates between 25% and 100% and holds the set temperature rather than swinging around it.

Because combustion air is drawn through a sealed duct, the stove does not compete with an extractor fan or a tight new building for air.

The body is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint. It is built to be re-lined rather than replaced.

Care

Vacuum the burn pot weekly in the heating season and empty the ash pan. Have the flue and the heat exchanger cleaned once a year.
