Solvent 565 runs on 3.5-litre burner, about 6 hours per fill — no flue, no chimney, and nothing to sweep.
No flue means no heat loss up a chimney, and effectively all of the 3 kW stays in the room — which is also why the room has to be big enough.
The burner body is stainless steel: it lives with condensate and salt air without pitting, which mild steel does not. The door hinge is adjustable, which is what keeps the seal tight in year eight.
