The glass on Ostrella 383 is ceramic and air-washed, which is the part you look at and the part the heat attacks first.
The convection casing is separate from the firebox, so the outside of the build stays at a temperature you can stand next to.
Every lining panel and the baffle are stock parts — an insert that is built into a wall has to be serviceable from the front, and this one is. Firebricks and baffles are wear parts — they are listed as spares and take ten minutes to change.

Care
