Novaris 320 Silent Pellet Stove, 8 kW

Novaris 320 vents through an 80 mm sealed flue, which can go up an outside wall where a 150 mm chimney never would.

It runs on mains power — about 350 W while lighting, then under 50 W. A power cut stops the fire safely rather than dangerously.

The body is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint. Firebricks and baffles are wear parts — they are listed as spares and take ten minutes to change.
