Nordlys 505 Free-Standing Bioethanol Fire

Nordlys 505 lights with a long match or a gas lighter and is at full flame in under a minute.

The burner body is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint.

Refill only when it is cold. That rule is not a formality: ethanol vapour above a warm burner is the one real hazard of this kind of fire. Nothing in it is glued: the parts that face the fire come out with a screwdriver.
