Nordis 698 Wide Electric Fire, 1 500 mm

The flame on Nordis 698 is an LED bed behind a moulded log set, and the brightness and speed are both adjustable.

The case is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint.

LED flame beds are the part that dates fastest. The module in this one is a serviceable part rather than a sealed assembly. Nothing in it is glued: the parts that face the fire come out with a screwdriver.
