Granvik 233 Ducted Pellet Stove, 12 kW

Granvik 233 vents through an 80 mm sealed flue, which can go up an outside wall where a 150 mm chimney never would.

It runs on mains power — about 350 W while lighting, then under 50 W. A power cut stops the fire safely rather than dangerously.

The body is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint. Twenty seasons of use leave the paint tired long before the steel gives up.

Care

Vacuum the burn pot weekly in the heating season and empty the ash pan. Have the flue and the heat exchanger cleaned once a year.
