Fundo 105 Glass Hearth Plate, 1 200 × 1 200 mm
£650.00
Edges on Fundo 105 are chamfered, because the one thing that touches this plate every day is a foot.
It is tempered glass: 8 mm toughened, so a dropped log chips it rather than shatters it.
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Glass cleaner on a warm plate leaves a haze that is very hard to get back off. Nothing in it is glued: the parts that face the fire come out with a screwdriver.
