Fjordal 297 Square Fire Pit with Grill

Left outside, Fjordal 297 in powder-coated steel does what you would expect: it weathers, it does not fail.

It is powder-coated steel: a baked coating on steel, which survives being knocked about far better than wet paint.

Nothing on it is painted where the flame touches — paint on the inside of a fire bowl is a decision you regret the first evening. It is built to be re-lined rather than replaced.

Care

Tip the ash out after every use, or wet ash will eat the steel from the inside. Cover it if you can; nothing here minds rain otherwise.
