Calacatta 103 arrives in three pieces and goes together on site — a one-piece surround of this size does not get through a door.
Nothing here is load-bearing: the surround dresses the build, and the insert carries its own flue.
It is cast concrete: poured and ground, with the density to sit against a fire without flinching. Nothing in it is glued: the parts that face the fire come out with a screwdriver.
