Baseline 901 Glass Hearth Plate, 1 000 × 1 000 mm

A hearth plate is not insulation. It stops sparks and it spreads load; a stove that needs a heat-insulating base needs that stated separately.

Wipe it with a damp cloth. Glass cleaner on a warm plate leaves a haze that is very hard to get back off. Twenty seasons of use leave the paint tired long before the steel gives up.
